RRB ALP Selection Process 2026
Selection process of assistant loco pilot is divided in five stages.
- First Stage Computer-Based Test-I (CBT-I)
- Second Stage is Computer-Based Test-II (CBT-II)
- Third Stage is Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT)

CBT 1 Exam Pattern
This exam is an objective type and first stage of selection process. This is qualifying in nature and test basic ability of candidate. Total duration of exam is 60 Minutes. This test has a negative marking, 1/3 mark deducted for each wrong answer.

RRB ALP CBT 2 Exam Pattern 2026
Shortlisting of candidates for CBT-2 shall be done RRB-wise and community-wise as per their normalized marks and merit in CBT-1 among the candidates who have chosen the same RRB only.
